Terms of service

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms cover your use of the BoardFlow app for monday.com ("BoardFlow", "we"). By installing or using BoardFlow you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the account you install it on.

The service

BoardFlow is a dashboard widget that displays items from your monday.com boards. It works through the monday.com platform, and your use of monday.com remains subject to monday.com's own terms.

Plans and billing

BoardFlow offers a free plan and paid plans, described on our pricing page. Paid plans are sold and billed by monday.com through its marketplace, including trials, renewals, taxes and cancellations. Every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. We may change prices for future billing periods with notice.

Your data

Your data stays yours. BoardFlow only reads it to show it to you, as described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use BoardFlow to break the law, to get around monday.com's limits or security, or to interfere with the service.

Contacting installers

We may contact the people who install BoardFlow, using the details monday.com provides, about the service, such as support, important changes and product updates. You can ask us to stop at any time.

No warranty

BoardFlow is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. It depends on monday.com's API, which may change or limit access.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for BoardFlow in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Ending use

You can stop using BoardFlow at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms, or discontinue the app with reasonable notice.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
