Privacy policy

This policy explains what data the BoardFlow app for monday.com ("BoardFlow", "we") uses, and why. BoardFlow is built by an independent developer based in Australia.

The short version

BoardFlow has no backend and no database. Your monday.com data is read in your browser to show it to you, and is not copied to our servers.

Data BoardFlow reads

Through the monday.com API, inside your browser, BoardFlow reads your boards, groups and items, the people assigned to items, and the number of updates on each item. It uses this only to display the widget to you.

Data BoardFlow stores

AI features

Ask AI and the AI briefing use monday.com's built-in AI service (run_prompt), billed to your account's monday AI credits. Ask AI sends your question plus the list of status and owner names to choose from. The briefing sends counts of overdue, unassigned and inactive items with the related owner and client names. This data is processed by monday.com and does not go to any other AI provider.

Our server and third parties

Our server only delivers the app's files. Like any web server, it and our network provider (Cloudflare) record standard request data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability, and these logs are deleted on a rolling basis. The app loads its typeface from Google Fonts. We use no analytics or tracking, and we never sell data.

Uninstalling

When you uninstall BoardFlow, it loses all access to your account. Because we hold none of your data, there is nothing left for us to delete.
